Keith received his Bachelor of Science in Business degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management in 1987, where he graduated with high distinction. Keith worked for two years at Deloitte, Haskins and Sells (currently Deloitte) as a tax consultant, passing his CPA exam in 1988. Keith decided to pursue a career in corporate finance and enrolled at Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management where he received a Masters of Management (MBA) in Finance and Marketing in 1991. After graduation Keith spent over thirty years working in corporate finance across a variety of Fortune 500 companies including Target, Best Buy, Gateway, and smaller private companies. For the past six years he has spent his time as a Chief Financial Officer for a variety of privately backed software companies. Most recently he has served as a strategic advisor and consultant to rapidly growing early-stage companies. Keith passed his Series 65 exam in October of 2022 and his Minnesota Health and Life exam in the summer of 2022. Ever since an early age, Keith has had a passion for finance and investing. Given his recent career change from assisting companies to advising individuals, Keith’s focus is working with clients that are contemplating career changes and transitions into retirement. Given the complexity of every individual situation, Keith approaches each client initially to understand their goals and provide options that help work towards these goals in a clear, easy to understand manner.

Keith and his wife, Dana, are recent empty nesters with four children who live around the country. In his spare time, Keith enjoys boating, fishing, skiing, and the outdoors.
